Hey all, I’m excited to be writing this blog. I never thought I would dive into blogging but the regular 9 – 5 job has been getting to be a bit of drag and I am looking for an outlet to get back into something I love.
A little about myself, I am a car enthusiast and love a good motorcycle ride. I also ski and ride mountain bikes but I will keep that off of this blog (unless it’s pertinent). I used to race cars at a local track for a little while but, as with many things in life, it became too expensive and I had to get out.
I have a KTM 1090 Adventure R that will be getting some mods here and there and, recently, I have been wanting to get back into dirt bikes so a bit of this will be dedicated to motorcycles as I work my way through some of those projects.
I have a 1991 Camaro RS that I bought in high school and will be working on that here and there as the funds become available. It has one of my race motors in it but I made some poor decisions, in my youth, and thought it would be a good idea to put a drag racing transmission in it. I hope to prevent anyone else from making choices like that but it is a part of learning and sometimes you just have to figure it out for yourself.
I see this blog as a chance to get back to doing something that I love. The last few years have been extremely difficult to work on projects of my own and I want to use this blog as motivation to get back into it. At the same time I plan to dive in and learn more about cars than I ever had before and bring as much of that knowledge, to you, as I can.
